How to place an order?
 Placing an order with Tech-Lasers is easy. Simply click "sign up" on top of any pages and Creat/Sign in to your account, or go ahead selecting your product(s), making your choices at each product page and click the button:"Add to Card", and Checkout! A Valid Shipping/Billing Address and A PHONE NUMBER is required at registering. We'll ship your picks to the "shipping address" you filled in, please check and make sure it stays up-to-date. A Valid phone number is required by the Credit Card payment gateway and is crucial to the delivery courier.

Carefully check all the information you provided are true and up-to-date, select the payment method you prefered and click "submit the order", please see the tips on SECURE PAYMENT to find out your options.

Where is my order shipped from?
All orders from tech-lasers.com are shipped out worldwide via express courier from our facility in China mainland within 3 business days upon receipt of payment.

What is the shipping cost?
We offer FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING to all countries.

Do you Ship Batteries?
NO. The airline companies had put very strict regulations against batteries, there are slight chances it might get through but to make sure you receive your orders, we do not include any batteries in the shippment. Our products are flexiable and could perform on many choices of batteries, please see the tips on suitable batteries at the product "data sheet". Please prepare accordingly before the arriving of your order. The battery recharger is not banned however and we'll include one for the best suitable batteries, please see the shipping list on the "data sheet".

How long will the shippment take to arrive?
Delivery lead time is vary to different countries and regions. It usually take 5-10 days to the North America (Canada, USA) and to EU members. Other countires and regions would take a little longer. Please be aware that the lead time might extend during HOLIDAY seasons, especially Christmas and Chinese New Year.

How do I track my order?
A online tracking number & the tracking website will be emailed to your registered email address after your order is shipped out. Please contact [email protected] if you did not receive it after 3 working days preparation time.

What's Your Warranty?
The warranty period for each product is clearly listed on each page of product description. The warranty periods of products are varying from 6 months to one year. We guarantee a replacement of defective products with new products, or repair the defective product free of charge. You are responsible for shipping cost. We are responsible to any product that we have sold out to customers.

Warranty (14 days or less after purchase)

Return your received defective laser: please provide picture/video proof and send us at: [email protected], your laser will be required to return back at our expense in its original condition, you'd need to make sure it's securely packaged and free from any further damage.

Return a non-defective laser: we offer 14days free return at your expenses, please write to us for a returning address. You'll be granted with full refund once the item is received back in original condition.

Note: if the damage is from misuse, like moisture or physical damage. Service, support and repair charges may  vary depending on circumstances

 

Warranty (More than 14 days after purchase)

All product that if must be returned to us, it must be returned with a trackable shipping service. If the order is valued at $500 and more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service.(we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service for our USA buyers).

Note: If a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to cover you under the warranty.

Provided the warranty hasn’t expired, there’s no charge for the repair if the defect is covered under the Manufacturer’s Warranty.

Out-of-warranty

Contact our customer service and We’ll immediately send you a return address for you to send the item back to repair, the expenses of shipping on both ways will be on you.

Service, support and repair charges may  vary depending on circumstances, however, as part of the service to our customers, you'll be charged with the lowest cost possible.

Warranty accessory repair

For an accessory that is with no visible sign of misuse, it will be replaced.

For an accessory that wasn’t purchased with us, Tech-Lasers will take no responsibility.

Provided the warranty hasn’t expired, there’s no charge for a replacement if the defect is covered under the Manufacturer’s Warranty.

Please read below for tips on what should be sent in if you are doing a repair, exchange or priority replacement exchange:

Repair or Replacement Exchange: Remove all accessories (including the battery, AC adapter, charger and the packages) and keep these items with you. If you do send them in, they might not be returned back to you.

You can find a copy of the Manufacturer’s Warranty in your laser box. Here are some things that aren’t covered by the Warranty:

Common causes for moisture/other damage include:

1. Being dropped in water or on a wet floor
2. Spilled with liquid
3. Rain, fog or mist droplets
4. Burned diodes because of batteries that is inserted wrong, or prelonged constantly being lit on
5. Scratch, cut, or drop the laser pointer which caused the shell damage
6. Misused that is not under instruction

Refund & Return Policies




 
Conditions entitled to a full refund:

Tech-Lasers offer a full refund for most items within 14 days of receipt of shipment (you'll cover the shipping expenses for both ways for non-defective products). All items unless indicated on the product description page as otherwise is entitled for the 14 days warranty policy.

Requirements for Full Refund:

1. Items must be in new unused condition with no scratch, cut or obvious damage to the laser body
2. Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories
3. Items must be returned well packed to ensure no damage would occur during the transporation

How refunds are issued:
Once your return is received and accepted by Tech-Lasers (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.

For wire transfer payments, you might receive the refund from our business PAYPAL account.

REPLACEMENT & EXCHANGE POLICIES:

You can exchange an unused item through Tech-Lasers within 14 days upon receiving the product.

1. Go to tech-lasers.com and contact our online customer service or write to us with your order ID at: [email protected].
2. Return at your own expenses the product you received with all its packages and accessories in its original conditions
3. We'll send your new selected products after we receive and accept your returned items.

Note: If you're exchanging for a different item and the new item costs more, we'll charge you for the difference in price. We'll refund you the difference if the new item costs less
