What payment options do I have?

Tech-Lasers offers a wide selection of payment ways to help you to take an order at tech-lasers.com. We accept payment via credit card (preferred), PayPal, Bank/Wire Transfer, and Western Union.

Which types of credit cards do you accept?
We take credit card payment via Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and Amex credit cards. Please make sure your card issuer allows international transactions with your card.

What if I don't have credit card?
It's OK. We also take payment via bank transfer, West Union Money transfer, verified PayPal account outside USA. Please contact us via email [email protected].

How do you take PayPal payment?
If the credit card payment is unsuccessful, or you would rather pay with PayPal, please provide your order ID and your Paypal address via email to: [email protected] . We'll then send a money request to your PayPal account. Please then accept for us to process.

Why don't my credit card payment go through?
Only payment via American Express, Visa, Discover or MasterCard are accepted. Please contact us if your credit card are not listed.

If your payment is still unsuccessful when you use one of the credit cards that listed here, please do not worry, the problem is most likely that the credit card company do not recognize the information you filled at our web-site, the payment would then be automatically blocked. Please check and make sure that the PHONE NUMBER & the BILLING ADDRESS you filled at our web-site must be current and available, these are most likely the problem, and If the payment still cannot go through, please kindly contact your card issuer to find out the reason why.

Is it safe to pay with credit card?
Once the order is created, Tech-Lasers web Site will transfer you to your bank interface for you to fill out your card information. The bank will then revert to us if it's a successful payment. We have no access and cannot view whatever you filled at your bank website.

When is my order created, what notification would I receive?
A successful order is created when the payment is through /accepted. You'll be receiving an email confirmation stating that Tech-Lasers has received your order. An email with your order's tracking information will soon follow.

Check all your email folders including (incoming, other, spam, trash, junk, deleted, etc...) for emails from Tech-Lasers.

Your email browser may have filtered out the order confirmation email and that is why you are not seeing the email that is sent to you from Tech-Lasers.
